MY COACHING APPROACH
My coaching approach is compassionate, client-centred, and forward-focused. I work to support you at every stage of your divorce or break up journey. Helping you to understand the legal process of divorce, financial division and future security, conflict resolution, to develop effective communication skills, co-parenting strategies, and skills to emotionally support your children, enabling you to focus on your self care throughout your divorce journey and beyond.
My role is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where my clients can process emotions, clarify goals, and make empowered decisions.
“Having someone who would listen, who had been through her own journey, but didn’t judge - just quietly supported me through mine - was invaluable” - client
HOW I CAN HELP
Using a combination of emotional support, practical guidance, and coaching skills, I help clients:
Regain clarity and confidence in the midst of uncertainty
Navigate the legal process with greater confidence by offering emotional support, preparation guidance, and help understanding options (note: I do not offer legal advice)
Gain a clearer understanding of financial considerations, such as budgeting, asset division, and planning for financial independence (note: I do not offer financial advice)
Develop effective communication strategies, especially in co-parenting dynamics
Establish healthy boundaries and rebuild self-worth
Create a vision for their post-divorce life and take actionable steps toward it
I draw on techniques from cognitive-behavioural coaching, mindfulness practice, and solution-focused strategies, adapting my methods to fit each individual’s needs. Ultimately, my goal is to help my clients not just survive divorce, but grow through it and come out stronger on the other side.
