ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Caroline,
As a certified divorce coach with counsellor training, I bring both practical guidance and emotional insight to my coaching. I strive to help you navigate this challenging landscape with dignity and support, empowering you to approach each step with confidence.
I am a divorcee, and mother of three, who herself grew up in a blended family, and I am passionate about supporting others through similar transitions with guidance, empathy and compassion. Drawing from my own experiences, I truly understand the profound emotional and physical toll this process can take. The worries surrounding legal matters, finances, conflicts with an ex-partner, and the well-being of children can weigh heavily, and the right support is vital.
I will collaborate closely with you to provide guidance across all aspects of divorce and separation, ensuring you feel in control and focused on your ultimate goals. Together, we can break down this journey into manageable, achievable objectives, allowing for the creation of a new chapter that aligns with your personal core beliefs and values. Helping you understand how to co-parent effectively and prioritize your children’s emotional needs is a critical part of this process.
With qualifications in Level 2 & 3 Counselling Skills and ongoing studies for a Level 4 Diploma in Integrative Therapeutic Counselling, I bring both practical knowledge and emotional support to the table. My aim is to help you move through this process with clarity, focus, and renewed confidence.
